Opportunities of using a new preparation with antioxidant effect in veterinary biotechnology

| dc.description.abstract | Paper studies effect of the drug, which consists of such nano-sized components as fullerenes in a hydrated form. «Wistar» rats were selected as experimental subjects. On the whole, measurements took place 11 times. While oral injecting «Fulvit» specimen to old rats, it was ascertained reliable geteroprotective operating which was exhibited in increasing of motofacient activity of animals, increasing of proliferous processes in skin's hair follicles, decreasing of lipid peroxidation products level, testosterone quantity-increasing, life duration increasing. On the basis of obtained test results, this drug can be classified as preparation with an antioxidant effect, since it inhibits level of free-radical oxidation, which, in turn, leads to decreasing in rate's mortality and improvement in physiological state of animals. | |
