Abstract
The work is devoted to the actual problem of constructing a system of intellectual property subjects. The article analyzes the rules of the Ukrainian legislation in the field of intellectual property. It is suggested that three groups of subjects of intellectual property : primary, secondary and subsidiary subjects.
