In the article the fuzzy expert system of risk prognosis of development of the professionally conditioned allergodermathoses is worked out on the basis of analysis of risk factors, estimation of adaptation possibilities and protective properties of organism in the conditions of harmful production. Functional descriptions of her modules are certain, a computer modeling and optimization of parameters are conducted in the environment of MatLab
