Abstract
Методами термогравиметрии, рентгенофазового анализа, елюенной ионообменной хроматографии исследованы химизм процесса получения гексаметафосфата натрия путем термической дегидратации NaH2PO42Н2О при нагревании на воздухе до 700°С. Предложена схема течения процесса дегидратации NaH2PO42Н2О, рассчитаны кинетические параметры каждой стадии процесса и построена матетематических модель течения процесса. На основе полученных результатов приведены зависимости распределения концентраций компонентов во времени и времени полного преобразования от скорости нагрева образца.
By the methods of thermogravimetry, X-ray photography and the method of eluent ion-exchange chromatography there has been investigated the chemism of the process of obtaining sodium hexametaphosphate by thermal dehydration of NaH2PO42Н2О by heating it in the air to 700°С. There was offered the scheme of the process of dehydration of NaH2PO42Н2О, kinetic parameters of each stage of the process were calculated and mathematical model of the process was constructed. Basing on the received resultsthere were represented dependences of distribution of concentration of components in time and the time of full transformation from the heating speed.
