Перспективы и направления развития энергетики остаются неопределенными, принципы организации энергетических предприятий нуждаются в пересмотре и преобразовании. В этих условиях особенно актуальной становится задача выявления новых возможностей системной оценки повышения эффективности работы энергопредприятий на основе использования их внутренних резервов.The prospects and the directions of development engineering specialists power remain indefinite, the principles of organization the power enterprises need in the revision and the transformation.
