An author asserts that only humanitarian prepatoin is able to give possibility to understand complication and much-leveling existence to the man. A necessity to specify meaningfulness of spiritual factor in the process of readiness of representatives of national elite to professional activity was marked, and also influence of spiritual constituent is certain on the level of quality of forming of personality and role of education in this process
