Актуалізація впровадження аналізу та цілей сталого розвитку в проєктну діяльність компаній

Abstract

Предметом дослідженняв статті є реалізація проєктної діяльності в галузі будівництва із запровадженням аналізу та європейських підходів до взаємовідносин учасників інвестиційного процесу в контексті сталого розвитку. Мета роботи–дослідити результати щодо впровадження аналізу та цілей сталого розвитку через розробку моделей проектної діяльності зі зміною та застосуванням різних технологій: фасадних систем та інтелектуальних інформаційних систем. В роботі розглянуто узагальнений варіант задачі -з модельованого процесу виконання робіт в календарний план, що може виконуватися у випадкові моменти часу та потребувати для виконання кожноїз робіт випадкового обсягу ресурсів. Проведено економічний розрахунок за видами робітта порівняльний аналіз технологій, з отриманням параметрів, які дозволили покращити ситуацію в компанії.У статті вирішуються завданняреалізації аналізу через розробку моделей проєктної діяльності зі зміною та застосуванням різних технологій: фасадних систем та інтелектуальних інформаційних системпри створенні і автоматизації документообігу компанії. Застосовуються методи:процесний та аналітичний підходи, проєктний, кореляційний і регресійний аналіз.Здобуто такі результати: запропоновані ефективні рішення процесів планування та управління на різних етапах проєктної діяльності через систему європейських стандартів; аналіз, програмне забезпечення,використання візуалізації та вибір ефективної технології дозволив покращити ситуацію з проєктної діяльності. The subject of the research in the article is the implementation of project activities in the field of construction with the introduction of analysis and European approaches to therelationships of participants in the investment process in the context of sustainable development.The purpose of the work is to investigate the results of the implementation of the analysis and goals of sustainable development through the development of project activity models with change and application of various technologies: facade systems and intelligent information systems. The paper considers a generalized version of the problem -from the simulated process of work execution to the calendar plan, which can be performed at random moments of time and require a random amount of resources to perform each of the works. An economic calculation by types of work and a comparativeanalysis of technologies was carried out, with the obtaining of parameters thatallowed to improve the situation in the company. The article solves the tasks of implementing the analysis through the development of project activity models with the change and application of various technologies: facade systems and intelligent information systems in the creation and automation of the company's document flow. Methods are used: process and analytical approaches, project, correlation and regression analysis. The following results were obtained: effective solutions for planning and management processes at various stages of project activity were proposed through the system of European standards; analysis, software, the use of visualization and the choice of effective technology allowed to improve the situation of project activities.
