dc.description.abstractEstimating the average delay in telecommunication networks using MIMO and random access technologies is a pressing problem in modern theory and practice of building wireless communication systems. Given the increasing requirements for quality of service (QoS), especially in conditions of high channel dynamics, modeling methods that take into account both the stochastic nature of service and the variability of radio channel characteristics are becoming increasingly important.
