Анотація
В статье выделены основные аспекты профессиональной пригодности операторов. Предложены для диагностического комплекса профессиональной пригодности операторов атомных станций рациональные психологические тесты. Описаны методика исследования профессиональной пригодности операторов технологических процессов и методика построения модели прогноза группы профессиональной пригодности операторов. Определены наиболее информативные психофизиологические показатели, обеспечивающие высокую точность прогноза.
The article highlights the main aspects of professional suitability of operators. Reviewed suitability as a key element of safety culture. Analyzes the main aspects of the inconsistencies of the individual characteristics of the worker requirements of occupations in the energy sector. The aim of this work is to develop techniques of psychophysiological professional selection of operators of utilities, which will ensure high accuracy of the forecast of professional competence, which in turn will reduce the number of accidents, accidents and injuries. The basic requirements for the assessment scales of psycho-diagnostic indicators. The distribution of the causes of accidents in the energy sector. Considered the human operator as a link in a closed control loop. For the proposed diagnostic complex of professional suitability of operators of nuclear power plants rational psychological tests. Define the concept of professionalism in the aspect of requirements for operator of nuclear power plants.
