Abstract
В статье проведены исследования и разработан электронный блок управления двигателем внутреннего сгорания SECU-3, встроенное программное обеспечение (ПО) к нему и ПО для его настройки и диагностики, выполняемое на персональном компьютере. Описан принцип расчета длительности впрыска, алгоритм коррекции состава топливовоздушной смеси по избытку воздуха, структурная и принципиальная электрическая схемы блока. В ближайшем будущем планируется разработать новую схему и печатную плату блока, в которую будут интегрированы данные устройства.
Research was carried out and electronic control unit of the internal combustion engine SECU-3 was developed. Also, embedded software (firmware) for it and software for configuration and diagnostics executed on a personal computer were developed (SECU-3 Manager). Main features of the SECU-3 unit were depicted in a nutshell. The principle of fuel injection pulse width calculation, air to fuel ratio correction algorithm based on the exhaust gas concentration of oxygen (excess air), structural and electrical diagrams of the control unit were described. Description includes formulas for basic injection pulse width calculation, block diagram of the oxygen sensor's output signal processing using integration. The principle of hardware processing of synchronization signals from typical crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, signal from detonation sensor, signals from analog and digital inputs and some other techniques were briefly described in the paper.
