Abstract
Проаналізовано можливість електроосадження потрійного сплаву кобальт-молібден-цирконій з полілігандного цитратно-пірофосфатного електроліту. Досліджено кінетичні закономірності відновлення кобальту з цитратного та з пірофосфатного електролітів.
The possibility of electrodeposition of the ternary cobalt-molybdenum-zirconium alloy poliligand citrate-pyrophosphate electrolyte has been analyzed. Kinetic regularities of cobalt recovery from citrate and pyrophosphate electrolytes were studied.
