Анотація
Предложена методика идентификации тракторных шин с использованием математической модели, построенной на универсальной характеристике шин. Методика позволяет идентифицировать шины по ряду показателей, в том числе и норме слойности, а также использовать математическую модель для решения задач теории трактора в статической и динамической постановках. Для идентификации используются данные контурной площади пятна контакта пневматической тракторной шины с жестким основанием.
This article presents the method of farm tractor tires identification with using a mathematical model based on the universal characteristics of tires. The technique allows to identify the agricultural tractor tire on a number of indicators, including ply rating, and use a mathematical model to solve the problems of the tractor theory in the static and dynamic performances. For identification used producers data regarding gross flat plate area or footprint area of pneumatic tractor tire with a rigid road with a nominal radial load. Footprint area of agricultural tractor tires with a R-1, R-1W and R-2 tread pattern presented in the manufacturer information. It corresponds to the speed category (speed index) A6, which is used for the field operation with high torque, rated load and corresponding inflation pressure. The identification of coefficients of pneumatic tractor tire mathematical model produced from the condition of equivalence of calculated and declared by the manufacturer tire footprint area.
