Методология 3D моделирования процессов обработки труднообрабатываемых материалов

Abstract

The three-dimensional (3D-CAD) methodology of integrated study of interdependent processes of design, manufacture and operation of diamond-abrasive tools and reliability growth of single-point tool at stage of their sharpening is developed. Creation of system of 3D simulation of diamond-abrasive tools and machining processes allows to increase essentially probability of obtained results and to reduce scope of experimental research for defining the best grinding conditions and to develop new technologies, tool and equipment.
