Сучасні підходи в аналізі ефективності бізнес-моделей

Abstract

Необхідність в досліджені сучасних піддів в аналізі ефективності бізнес-моделей є актуальним питанням для оцінки ефективності використання своїх бізнес-моделей, які притаманні стратегічному баченню сталого сьогодення та майбутнього розвитку організації. Знання методів, сучасних підходів в аналізі ефективності бізнес моделей та аналізі ефективності в цілому допомагає бізнесменам приймати більш обґрунтовані рішення про те, як працювати в умовах сьогодення та покращувати діяльність за напрямами ведення господарювання. Розробка ефективної бізнес-моделі являє кропіткий та складний процес, який передбачає використання різноманітних підходів із фінансового аналізу, економічних оцінок із узагальнення стратегічних явищ, структурного, системного аналізу, підприємства та середовища його функціонування та багато іншого. Якісний аналіз застосування необхідних підходів до ефективної оцінки застосування методики бізнес моделювання передбачає запровадження детермінації вибору необхідного виду бізнес моделі та реалізації етапів її бізнес аналізу. В статті розкрито існуючі види та підходи застосування бізнес моделей, проаналізовано з точки зору їх ефективності залучення. Також наголошено, що використання сучасних методів для оцінки ефективності бізнес моделей дозволяє створити конкурентоспроможний та оптимальний для компанії алгоритм її побудови.

The need to study modern approaches to analyzing the effectiveness of business models is a topical issue for assessing the effectiveness of using their business models, which are inherent in the strategic vision of the organization’s sustainable present and future development. Knowledge of methods, modern approaches to analyzing the effectiveness of business models and efficiency analysis in general helps businessmen make more informed decisions about how to work in the current environment and improve their business activities. The development of an effective business model is a painstaking and complex process that involves the use of various approaches to financial analysis, economic assessments to generalize strategic phenomena, structural and systemic analysis, enterprise and its environment, and much more. A qualitative analysis of the application of the necessary approaches to the effective assessment of the business modelling methodology involves the introduction of determination of the choice of the required type of business model and implementation of the stages of its business analysis. The article describes the existing types and approaches to the use of business models and analyses their effectiveness in terms of attracting investors. It is also noted that the use of modern methods for assessing the effectiveness of business models allows creating a competitive and optimal algorithm for its construction for the company.
