Дослідження сутності поняття "управління розвитком ресурсного потенціалу залізничного транспорту"

Abstract

Розглянуто зміст поняття "управління розвитком ресурсного потенціалу залізничного транспорту і необхідність його введення в науковий обіг, а також у роботі розглянуто процес розвитку ресурсного потенціалу залізничного транспорту. В результаті проведеного аналізу наукової літератури запропоновано авторське визначення поняття "управління розвитком ресурсного потенціалу залізничного транспорту", зроблено висновок щодо перспектив подальших досліджень.There is examined and specified the content of concept "development management of resource potential of railway transport" and substantiated the necessity of its introduction in scientific circulation. There is examined the content of such concepts as "management", "development", "resource potential", "development management" also as the process of development of resource potential of railway transport. There are analyzed the definitions of the concepts "management of resource potential" and "development management of resource potential" that exist in the scientific literature, the differences between these two concepts are determined. The author’s definition of the concept of "development management of resource potential of railway transport" as a result of provided analyses are quoted. There is substantiated the necessity of the development management of the resource potential of railway transport. The conclusions about neсessity of the development of methodology of development management of resource potential of railway transport and about the need for further research in this direction have been made.
