Прогнозирование эксплуатационного ресурса турбогенераторов по данным вибрационного контроля

Abstract

It is stated in the paper that in order to establish the residual life of each specific turbogenerator in order to prolong the life of the test, it is not enough to conduct type tests, it is necessary to diagnose parameters that are not provided for in regulatory documents. It is shown that such an indicator can be a vibration control of individual elements of the turbine unit, in particular bearing supports. It will detect defects that affect the time of operation, prepare for repair in time and stop the equipment on time without bringing it to an accident. The paper presents experimental data showing that the vibration data it is possible to assess the overall technical condition of the turbogenerator and its components, determine their resource, depending on the operating mode.
