Методи зменшення викидів у навколишнє середовище при виробництві фосфорної кислоти

Abstract

The approach for developing ecologically sustainable, environmentally friendly, resource and energy saving industrial process technology for the production of a wide class of phosphorus contain ing substances is discussed. It is proposed to apply Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs) in Heat Exchanger Network (HEN) to optimally improve energy efficiency and to prevent pollution. It suggests the meth ods for PHE optimal design with mix grouping for operating with liquid or 2-phase mixture. The simulation of barometric mixing condenser recycled water cooling with PHE is provided.
