Abstract
Досліджено реакцію амідування соняшникової олії діетаноламіном. Визначено залежності змін концентрацій компонентів реакційних мас від часу реакції. Знайдено температуру і тривалість, при яких досягнуто максимальну концентрацію утвореного гліцерину.
The reaction of amidation of sunflower oil in diethanolamine has been investigated. Constructed according to changes in the concentrations of components of the reaction mass from the reaction time. Found the temperature and duration at which reached a maximum concentration of glycerol formed.
