Определение инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия и общие подходы к её оценке

Abstract

В данной работе рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с определением и содержанием понятия «инвестиционная привлекательность предприятия», а также общих подходов к ее оценке. Приведен сравнительный анализ методик определения и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия. На основе проведенного анализа, автором статьи предложен подход к комплексной оценке инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия, а также ее новое определение.In the article questions connected with definition and the maintenance of concept «investment attractiveness of the enterprise», and also the general approaches to its estimation are considered. The comparative analysis of techniques of definition and an estimation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is resulted. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the author of the article offers the approach to a complex estimation of investment attractiveness of the enterprise and the new definition is also offered.
