Публікація Improvement of methods for description of a three-bunker collection conveyor(ПП "Технологічний Центр", 2022) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Cherniavska, S. M.The object of current research is a multi-section transport conveyor. The actual control problem of the flow parameters of a multi-section conveyor-type transport system with a given control quality criterion is solved. Algorithms for optimal control of the flow of material coming from the input accumulating bunkers into the collection section of the conveyor, ensuring the filling of the accumulating tank in the minimum time were synthesized. An admissible control of the material flow from the accumulating bunkers is found, which allow filling the accumulating tank, taking into account the given distribution of the material along the section of the collection conveyor at the initial and final moments of the filling time with minimal energy consumption. The synthesis of algorithms for optimal control of the material flow from accumulating bunkers became possible due to the determination of differential constraints in the optimal control problem based on an analytical distributed model of a transport conveyor section. The distinctive features of the results obtained are that the allowable controls contain restrictions on the maximum allowable load of material on the conveyor belt and take into account the initial and final distribution of material along the collection conveyor section. Also, a feature of the obtained results is the consideration of variable transport delay in the transport conveyor control model. The application area of the results is the mining industry. The developed models make it possible to synthesize algorithms for optimal control of the flow parameters of the transport system for a mining enterprise, taking into account the transport delay in the incoming of material at the output of the conveyor section. The condition for the practical use of the results obtained is the presence of measuring sensors in the sections of the transport conveyor that determine the belt speed and the amount of material in the accumulating bunkers.Документ Synthesis of the algorithm for the flow parameters optimal control of the reversible conveyor(Національний університет "Запорізька політехніка", 2022) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Ivanovska, O. V.; Sobol, MaksymThe problem of optimal control of flow parameters of a conveyor-type transport system containing sections with reversible conveyors is considered. The object of the stady was an analytical model of a reversible transport conveyor for synthesizing an algorithm for optimal control of the flow parameters of a reversible transport conveyor. The goal of the work is to develop a synthesis technique for an algorithm for optimal control of the flow parameters of a reversible transport conveyor based on an analytical model of a conveyor section containing a transport delay. An analytical model of a reversible conveyor has been developed for the case of a constant speed of a conveyor belt, which makes it possible to determine the values of the output flows from the reverse section with known values of material flows coming to the input of the conveyor section. To build a model of the reversible section of the conveyor, an analytical model of the section of the conveyor in partial derivatives, containing the transport delay, was used. When constructing the model, the assumption was made about the instantaneous switching of the direction of movement of the conveyor belt, and it is also assumed that the interval between switching the direction of the belt speed exceeds the values of the transport delay for the conveyor section. To synthesize an algorithm for optimal control of the reversible conveyor, a control quality criterion was introduced. The formulation of the problem of optimal control of the flow parameters of the reversible conveyor is given, based on the Pontryagin maximum principle. The Hamilton function for the controlled system is written, taking into account the criterion of the quality of control of the reversible conveyor. A technique for synthesizing an algorithm for optimal control of the material output flow of a section of a reversible conveyor is demonstrated. The conditions for switching the direction of the speed of the conveyor belt are determined. The developed model of the reversible conveyor section is used to synthesize an algorithm for optimal control of the material output flow of the reversible conveyor section. A method for the synthesis of algorithms for optimal control of the flow parameters of a transport system with sections containing reversible conveyors has been developed. The construction of an analytical model opens up new perspectives for the design of transport conveyor control algorithms, which can be used to reduce the specific energy costs for material transportation in the mining industry.Публікація Conveyor belt speed control efficiency using the energy management methodology(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., USA, 2021) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Kozhevnikov, G. K.; Cherniavska, S. M.The article presents an algorithm for optimal regulation of the step speed using the energy management methodology. Methods of reducing the cost of transport costs for conveyor systems are considered. The perspectives of using the energy management methodology as a tool to reduce the cost of energy are shown. A comparative analysis of energy management tariffs has been carried out. The problem of synthesizing stepwise speed regulation is formulated taking into account the tariffs for energy management. The criterion of quality for an estimate of the effectiveness of the transition to the TOU tariff, differential links, and restrictions on control is written. The Hamilton function for the transport system was determined, on the basis of which the synthesis of an algorithm for step regulation of the conveyor belt speed was performed. To construct differential relations an analytical PDE - model of the conveyor section was used, taking into account the transport delay of the material. The efficiency of the transition was assessed and a qualitative comparative analysis of TOU tariffs was carried out based on the speed regulation algorithm. It is shown that for the effective use of the energy management methodology, a combined control system for the flow parameters of the transport conveyor is required.Документ Predicting the parameters of the output flow of conveyor systems(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., USA, 2021) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Kozhevnikov, G. K.; Ivanovska, O. V.In this article, the problem of constructing models of multi-section conveyor-type transport systems using a neural network is considered. The analysis of models of long-distance multi-section transport systems, which are used to design control systems of the flow parameters from the point of view of reducing the unit costs of material transportation, is presented. The areas of the models' application and associated limitations are demonstrated. The advantages of using neural networks for developing multi-section transport systems models are shown. The influence of the initial distribution of materials along the transport route and the presence of a transport delay in the system on the quality of prediction of the transport system flow parameters are estimated. The effect of the use of speed sensors located on the inner and output sections in order to improve the quality of prediction of the transport system flow parameters is analyzed. It is shown that the use of speed sensors in conveyors with belt speed control can significantly improve the quality of predict.Документ To a question on application of the statistical theory for the description of industrial systems(2009) Khodusov, V. M.The application of the methods of Statistical Physics for its description is possible owing to the representation of the manufacturing firm with mass production output as a system with a large number of elements (the basic products) of stochastic nature, which is in the production process. The behavior of the basic products along the technological chain depends on the definite manufacturing and technological laws in accordance with the technological process of the manufacturing firm, its production plan, the availability of manpower resources and equipment. The state of the production system’s basic products at any instant of time is given as the point in two-dimensional phase space. The function of the basic product’s distribution in the rate of expense’s variation is set and the equation similar to the kinetic equation in Physics is written down. The engineer-production function, which is analogous to the force moving the basic product along the technological chain of the production process, is set and can be determined from the technical documentation of the manufactured article approved in the manufacturing firm. The producer function, which describes the interaction of the basic products (the system’s elements) during their moving along the technological chain of the production process with technical equipment, is based on the equipment disposition schemes and its technical characteristics according to the operating mode of half-finished products. Using the kinetic equation a closed system of balances equations is written down in a zero approximation on a small parameter for the moments of the distribution function. The system of balances equations describes the behavior of the basic economic macroscopic quantities of the production system, such as reserve, pace, and dispersion of the production output along the technological chain. From the balances, equations were obtained the well-known relations in business operation theory for the calculation of reserves and places of the production output.Документ Effective Conveyor Belt Control Based on the Time-Of-Use Tariffs(2020) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Kozhevnikov, G. K.The paper proposes a method for constructing an algorithm for the speed control of a conveyor belt, based on the change in the price of electricity during the day. The analysis of methods for improving the energy efficiency of conveyor-type distributed transport systems is carried out. The influence of the uneven distribu-tion of material along the transportation route on the cost of transportation of a unit weight of the material is demonstrated. The advantages of using Time-Of-Use (TOU) tariffs when designing belt speed control systems for long conveyor systems are considered. The TOU periods with peak, standard and low energy consumption depending on time are presented in detail, as well as the values of the tariff coefficients for the TOU periods. The dependence of the value of the tariff coefficient on time is an essential factor that must be taken into account when designing control algorithms. When developing the control algorithm, it was assumed that the resistance to motion in accordance with DIN 22101 is de-termined on the basis of the primary friction coefficients. To describe a separate section, an analytical model of the conveyor in a dimensionless form was used. The problem of constructing an optimal algorithm for controlling the speed of a conveyor belt for a steady-state is formulated. The criterion of the quality of the control process in the conditions of using a constant amount of electricity during the day has been determined. The Pontryagin function and the conjugate system of equations are written, taking into account the uneven distribution of material along the transport route.Документ Development of the controlling speed algorithm of the conveyor belt based on TOU tariffs(2020) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Khodusov, V. D.The article considers the synthesis of an optimal discrete control algorithm for the conveyor belt speed, based on the use of Time-Of-Use tariffs. Methods have been investigated that reduce the consumption of electricity required to transport material from the extracted place to the place of processing. It is shown that the uneven distribution of material along the transportation route for long multi-section conveyors leads to a significant increase in the share of transportation costs among the total costs of material extraction. The systems for controlling the flow parameters of the transport system are analyzed to ensure uniform distribution of material along the transport route and reduce the cost of transporting material. It has been demonstrated that energy management methodology is an effective tool to reduce the cost of material transportation. Analyzed the common classes of tariffs using electricity by industrial enterprises, which can be successfully used in the design of control systems for flow parameters of the conveyor line. When synthesizing algorithms for regulating the speed of the belt, the model of primary friction and the assumption of the absence of a stress wave in the belt during instantaneous switching of the speed modes were used. An analytical model of the conveyor is presented in a dimensionless form, taking into account the transport delay. The problem of optimal control of the speed of the conveyor belt at fixed energy consumption for the considered control interval is formulated. The ranges of variation of the model parameters are estimated. An algorithm for optimal regulation of the belt speed using the coefficients Ukraine – TOU periods is synthesized. D.In this paper, a model of a transport conveyor system using a neural network is demonstrated. The analysis of the main parameters of modern conveyor systems is presented. The main models of the conveyor section, which are used for the design of control systems for flow parameters, are considered. The necessity of using neural networks in the design of conveyor transport control systems is substantiated. A review of conveyor models using a neural network is performed. The conditions of applicability of models using neural networks to describe conveyor systems are determined. A comparative analysis of the analytical model of the conveyor section and the model using the neural network is performed. The technique of forming a set of test data for the process of training a neural network is presented. The foundation for the formation of test data for learning neural network is an analytical model of the conveyor section. Using an analytical model allowed us to form a set of test data for transient dynamic modes of functioning of the transport system. The transport system is presented in the form of a directed graph without cycles. Analysis of the model using a neural network showed a high-quality relationship between the output flow for different conveyor sections of the transport system.
