Від 26 листопада 2021 року кафедра має назву – "Комп’ютерна інженерія та програмування"; попередні назви – “Обчислювальна техніка та програмування”, “Електронні обчислювальні машини”, первісна назва – кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої”.

Кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої” заснована 1 вересня 1961 року. Організатором та її першим завідувачем був професор Віктор Георгійович Васильєв.

Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту комп'ютерних наук та інформаційних технологій Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут". Перший випуск – 24 інженери, підготовлених кафедрою, відбувся в 1964 році. З тих пір кафедрою підготовлено понад 4 тисячі фахівців, зокрема близько 500 для 50 країн світу.

У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють: 11 докторів технічних наук, 21 кандидат технічних наук, 1 – економічних, 1 – фізико-математичних, 1 – педагогічних, 1 доктор філософії; 9 співробітників мають звання професора, 14 – доцента, 2 – старшого наукового співробітника.

    Analysis of sensitivity of target tracking systems to external interference in multichannel radars with fixed parameters

    The multichannel and fixed parameters radars for tracking targets with the phased array antennas are widely used in modern military surveillance systems. The modular integration of a phased antenna array with digital processors allows to realize the command and control functions of antenna patterns for tracking multiple targets in the time resolution modes. Tracking of the air targets in range, radial speed and angular coordinates of evaluations and azimuth is provided by means of the multichannel radars without adaptation modes to the characteristics of external influences. Thus, adjusting the algorithms of tracking systems to the maximum maneuverability of the air targets can lead to a significant reduction in the accuracy of surveillance in comparison with the potentially achievable accuracy for such radars of tracking the linear flight targets in the long duration of time. In the case of adjusting the algorithms of tracking systems to either low intensity of flying targets, or lack of the aircraft maneuvering, it is possible to significantly increase the error of the aircraft flying information, and as a result to have a disruption of tracking the air targets. The increase in the parameters of the tracking error in relation to the influence of external interference were obtained as a result of the study. As a result of research, it is possible to assess the feasibility of adapting to certain characteristics of external influences, and provide recommendations for selecting and fixing the parameters of algorithms of tracking systems to ensure their versatility to surveillance targets with both high maneuverability, and implementing the stealth technology.

    Signal relay time measurer reflected from a small purpose at its location over the sea

    In the article possibility of account of phase fluctuations of signals reflected is examined from littlepitch aims location, during optimization of process of measuring of time of delay of signal. The process of optimization of measuring of distance to the aim on conditions of superrefraction is examined in supposition, that fluctuations of the signals reflected from aims up-diffused on a normal law, and the cross-correlation function of these fluctuations has an arbitrary kind. Within the limits of suppositions got correlation for the optimal estimation of time of delay of the reflected signals. Using the obtained ratios to determine the delay time and the variance of the group delay estimation, the target distance meter was synthesized under the radar of the target above the sea beyond the line of sight for the case when the correlation function of phase fluctuations is described by an exponential function. The proposed optimal estimation algorithm and rangefinder can be used to construct promising radar locations for low altitude targets. The use of such a meter can improve the accuracy of measuring the target range from 2 to 2,5 times.

    Evaluation of the possibilities of providing the necessary accuracy of the radial velocity measuring of a target by coherent-pulse radars outside the line of sight

    The purpose of the article.The article estimates the possible values of the components of the mean-square error of measuring the radial velocity of the target which appear as a result of fluctuations of thephase of the radio signal outside the radar line of sight. The expediency of using a coherent burst of radio pulses to providethe necessary detection range with specified quality indicators is substantiated. Consideration is carried out for a model of a signal with a random amplitude and an initial phase. It is assumed that phase fluctuations are distributed according to the normal law with zero mean, and their correlation decreases with an increase in the interval between the radio bursts of the packet alternating. Results. The results show that due to the phase fluctuations of the radio pulses of the received pack, the mean-square measuring error of the target radial velocity can exceed the values determined by the tactical requirements for coherent-pulse radars. Conclusions.The performed numerical analysis allows to determine the degree of reductionof the quality of the radio pulses burst time-frequency processing in coherent-pulse radars and evaluates the degree of reduction of the effectiveness of the further secondary processing of the radar information.

    Features locations helicopter in coastal areas

    The purpose of the article.Consider method by which calculated required detection range helicopter that can provide guidance for fighter destroyed helicopter. It is believed that ensured detection helicopter radio equipment, which provide the work of the command post. Results. The article analyzed the trend of improving helicopters in recent years.The noted a growing possibility of using the helicopter to meet the challenges on the battlefield, putting helicopters in a row with means of attack, using airborne equipment.The conclusion that the fight against helicopters important issue is the calculation time required for adecision on their application at the command post defense. In the article, the example of an automated system of decision-making at the command post Brigade tactical aviation airfields considered the possibility of using the proposed method and the calculations detection range, providing decision by the person who decides brigade of tactical aviation. Conclusions. It is shown that one of the key conditions for the organization and the successful interception of enemy helicopters are grounded and timely decisions on management of fighter aircraft on the remote control of Air Force tactical level.Uncertainty and dynamism of the airspace, time constraints, significant amounts of information and uncertainty that characterize the actions of enemy helicopters that are clearly uncertain and contradictory, causing growth requirements for the feasibility and the efficiency of decision-making on the Air Force control panel of the tactical level. One of the directions of fulfilling such requirements is automation of the processes of management of fighter aviation at the stage of combat operations.
