Від 26 листопада 2021 року кафедра має назву – "Комп’ютерна інженерія та програмування"; попередні назви – “Обчислювальна техніка та програмування”, “Електронні обчислювальні машини”, первісна назва – кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої”.

Кафедра “Математичні та лічильно-вирішальні прилади та пристрої” заснована 1 вересня 1961 року. Організатором та її першим завідувачем був професор Віктор Георгійович Васильєв.

Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту комп'ютерних наук та інформаційних технологій Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут". Перший випуск – 24 інженери, підготовлених кафедрою, відбувся в 1964 році. З тих пір кафедрою підготовлено понад 4 тисячі фахівців, зокрема близько 500 для 50 країн світу.

У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють: 11 докторів технічних наук, 21 кандидат технічних наук, 1 – економічних, 1 – фізико-математичних, 1 – педагогічних, 1 доктор філософії; 9 співробітників мають звання професора, 14 – доцента, 2 – старшого наукового співробітника.

    Methods of estimation of the channel state of air defense systems

    The subjectof study in the article is the methods for assessing the state of channels of air-conditioning complexes operating in a complex electronic environment. The methods discussed in this article include the method of least squares, the method of mean square deviation, channels estimation methods for iterative methods of signal processing at reception, suboptimal algorithms for iterative channel estimation and information symbols based on t he maximum likelihood method, linear unbiased estimation methods with minimal dispersion and methods of linear estimation with a minimum of mean square deviation. The purposeof the study is to conduct an analysis of existing methods for assessing the state of the air defense airway channels in the conditions of radio-electronic suppression and multi-beam propagation of radio waves. The tasks solved in the study: a mathematical description of known methods for assessing the state of the channels and the development of recommendations for the synthesis of optimal methods for assessing the state of the channels. The methods used in the study: theory of communication, theory of noise i mmunity and electronic warfare. In the course of the study, recommendations were obtained for the synthesis of optimalmethods for assessing the status of channels under the conditions of intentional interference. Conclusions: in the presence of sufficient a priori information about the transmission of information symbols, the best results on the criterion of the ratio ofaccuracy of estimation and complexity of implementation is demonstrated by the algorithm of linear estimation at the minimum of the mean-square deviation. In the absence of sufficient a priori information about the transmission of symbols, the best optionis an unmatched estimate for the minimum of the smallest squares. In order to increase the accuracy of the evaluation of the transmission characteristics of the air defense airway channels inthe conditions of a complex electronic environment it is advisable to use iterative principles.

    Method of signal processing in МІМО systems of unmanned aviation complexes

    Noise immunity of receiving signals in the MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple-Output) system essentially depends on the choice of the signal processing method on the receiving side. Existing methods of signal processing, in the MIMO system, that provide a given quality of information transmission, have high computational complexity, so there is a necessity to improve these methods. The purpose of this article is to increase the impedance of channels of control and data transmission of unmanned aerial systems, which was achieved by developing new method of signal processing in multi-antenna systems of unmanned aerial systems. The article developed an improved method of signal processing in MIMO systems of unmanned aerial systems, the essence of which is the ability to work with a known and unknown correlation matrix, the division of received signals into groups and the evaluation of each group, taking into account the evaluation error. During the research, the theory of communication, signal theory, the theory of antennas and the theory of noise-proof coding were used. The difference between an improved method is, that the method allows you to work with an unknown correlation matrix. While processing a signal in a demodulator, each iteration takes into account not only the estimate obtained in the previous step, but also the degree of accuracy of the character estimation. The proposed improved method has characteristics, that are close to the characteristics of demodulator, optimal for the criterion of maximum likelihood, but much less computational complexity. The method allows you to reduce computing costs by 20 times,compared with the maximum likelihood algorithm. The practical implementation of this method will allow the creation of software for communication equipment of unmanned aeronautical complexes, which operate in difficult conditions of the radio electronic environment.

    Justification of perspectives directions of upgrading radiocommunication systems of Armed Forces Ukraine

    Aim. In the article explore issues and directions of the innovative approach to the development of automated complexes and radio communication facilities for special purposes. During the research it was determined that the effectiveness of the military radio communication system would be improved by facilities of modernization of the latest facilities of radio communication of foreign production or by improving the existing system of military radiocommunication. Presented directions and features of leading research and development works for the improvement and development of channels and systems of military radio communication, the creation of nodes and centers of radio communication, automated complexes and radio communication of special purpose were presented. Was given generalized approach to the construction of the system of automated radio communication, antenna-hardware complexes, software and hardware complexes of radio prediction and planning of use of radio frequency resource. Conclusions. According to the results of the conducted researches, conceptual decisions about the system engineering and technological reconfiguration of the existing radio communication system are proposed, which will allow to work in the automated radio networks as part of the radio centers of information and telecommunication units; to unify the facilities and complexes of radio communication with facilities of communication and automation, to provide counter work with the equipment of the old park, as well as to construct a fundamentally new radio communication system with the ability to calculate the planning and forecasting of the radio frequency resource.
