Від 2021 року кафедра має назву "Економіка бізнесу i міжнародні економічні відносини", попередня назва – "Менеджмент інноваційного підприємництва та міжнародних економічних відносин".
Кафедра заснована в 1950 році, первісна назва – кафедра "Економіка промисловості та організації підприємств", у подальшому перейменовувано на: кафедра "Економіка і організація хімічної і приладобудівної промисловості" (1984); кафедра "Організація виробництва та управління персоналом" (1997); кафедра "Менеджмент інноваційного підприємництва та міжнародних економічних відносин"; кафедра "Економіка бізнесу i міжнародні економічні відносини" (2021).
Кафедра входить до складу Навчально-наукового інституту економіки, менеджменту і міжнародного бізнесу Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут" . Міжнародні зв’язки кафедри збагачують навчальний процес досягненнями іноземних науковців.
У складі науково-педагогічного колективу кафедри працюють : 6 докторів економічних наук, 19 кандидатів наук: 17 економічних, 2 – технічних; 7 співробітників мають звання професора, 16 – доцента.

Документ Digitalization of logistics to solve the problems of its development in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy(ДВНЗ "Український державний хіміко-технологічний університет", 2024) Illiashenko, Sergii; Shypulina, Yuliia; Illiashenko, Nataliia; Golysheva, IevgeniiaThe article is devoted to the development of recommendations for the digital transformation of domestic logistics to solve the current problems of its development in the conditions of post-war recovery, as well as the development of Ukraine’s economy. Based on the analysis of military actions’ impact on the logistics infrastructure and the logistics practices during the war with Russia, the study identifies two main problems of domestic logistics. Additionally, it considers the requirement for post-war recovery and economic growth to transition to an innovative development path. The first group includes problems caused by the war. The second is the problem of adapting logistics systems to the conditions of post-war recovery and innovative development of Ukraine’s economy. Recommendations have been developed to analyze and solve these groups of problems by addressing them, their consequences, and the digital technologies that can mitigate them. Appropriate tables for making managerial decisions regarding the digital transformation of logistics systems and their elements have been created. A consolidated scheme is proposed, outlining the sequence and content of management procedures. This scheme guides the selection of digital technologies to address the problems identified. It helps form relevant strategies based on digitalization. The obtained scientific and applied results, conclusions, and recommendations collectively deepen the principles of managing the digital transformation of logistics systems as a way to solve the problems of their development in the conditions of post-war recovery and the transition to innovative growth of the economy of Ukraine. They also contribute to the formation of the information and analytical base of the organizational and economic management mechanism for the development of logistics systems in the digital economy. The investigated problem is the lack of a sufficient level of systematic consideration of the task to use information communication systems and technologies in the marketing activities of enterprises. Availability of such a system would increase the company’s potential in creating mutual value for the seller and the client when implementing relationship marketing technologies. It is shown that the information and analytical support of the enterprise’s marketing activity can be presented as a tool of the enterprise’s activity, functioning as an element of the enterprise’s management system. Among the general criteria for choosing a CRM system, it is proposed to consider convenience and ease of use, flexibility of system settings for special business needs, price, simplicity. Such consideration of CRM systems and their capabilities provide economic effects that affect the profitability of the enterprise and prevent the impact of negative factors on the development of the company.The proposed procedure for choosing an adequate CRM system was verified on the example of a dental clinic, which made it possible to draw a conclusion about the feasibility of implementing a CRM system in the business under study. It is based on received estimates of short-term and long-term economic effects of the system’s application. Calculated data are provided for support, which showed that the productivity of the administrator’s work increased by 73.3 %, and the average duration of patient care by the doctor, taking into account the time of registration, decreased by 25 %. From the point of view of the logistic approach, the essence and content of the commercialization stage for various options of the innovation process, separated by the type of innovative business, the degree of radicalization of innovative activity, and the size of the industrial enterprise-innovator, have been clarified. The role of logistical support for the commercialization of innovations during the implementation of the specified options of the innovation process is revealed. The content of logistics support measures concerning procurement, production, and distribution logistics is detailed. The systematization (by environment of occurrence and factors of influence) of logistics risks of commercialization of innovative products of industrial enterprises has been carried out: risks of the macro environment (caused by the impact of its components), risks of external logistics systems (caused by the influence of their links), risks of the internal logistics system (caused by the impact of its elements), risks logistic support management systems (caused by incomplete certainty regarding the subject, conditions and consequences of management decisions). The nature of the manifestation, the degree of influence, and the possibilities of managing the selected risks are determined. A systematic approach to the quantitative assessment of logistics risks of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises, particularly those that have a more significant influence on the results of commercialization (risks of external and internal logistics systems), is proposed. The essence of risk management measures based on assessment results, in particular, aimed at reducing their level, is outlined. The motivational reasons for the digitalization of the university as a way of its response to technological transformations are outlined and systematized according to the areas of activity. The prerequisites and specifics of the accelerated digitization of Ukrainian universities in the conditions of quarantine restrictions of COVID-19 and war and post-war recovery are determined. An analysis of the practice of using digital technologies in the educational process of some departments of universities in the North-East of Ukraine, operating in the front-line zone, was carried out. The authors clarified the digital structure of the university and the scheme of interaction of its subsystems in the digital economy in the conditions of technological transformations. In particular, in terms of determining the characteristics of external and internal channels of information and knowledge, the interaction initiates innovative changes in the university's activities through digitalization. An approach to the analysis and substantiation of the expediency of the implementation of innovative development projects of the university has been developed depending on the level of its readiness for digitalization. The authors formed a system of indicators for its evaluation, by analogy with the Network Readiness Index, which characterizes various aspects of the university's digital readiness to implement innovative development projects. In particular: technological, human, and managerial aspects of digital readiness, as well as its expected effectiveness (usefulness). The impact of information computer technologies of the fourth industrial revolution on each component subsystems (including their elements) of the PID of the industrial enterprise from the standpoint of ensuring its sustainable innovative growth are determined and systematized by the nature of action (favorable or unfavorable). Approaches to purposeful management of PID component subsystems of the industrial enterprise have been developed in order to update their condition in relation to external conditions and ensure favorable internal prerequisites for innovative development in the digital economy. Their application makes it possible to reasonably align the internal possibilities of innovative development of the industrial enterprise (its PID) with the external ones in the conditions of the digital economy. The enlarged scheme has been developed that reflects the sequence and content of the formalized procedures for managing the PID of the industrial enterprise in the context of its transition to the path of innovative development in the conditions of the digital economy. It can be used as a methodological basis for the implementation of the developed approaches in the practice of innovative activity of industrial enterprises. The presented developments collectively form the approach to complex adaptive management according to formalized PID procedures of the industrial enterprise, including its component subsystems-potentials and their elements, in the context of ensuring the compliance of internal and external conditions of innovative growth of the enterprise in the digital economy. The sequence and content of formalized management procedures are determined, including the determination of perspective strategic directions of scientific and educational activity of the university in the conditions of technological transformations caused by the fourth industrial revolution; assessments of the proposed methodological approach to the level of the current state of subsystems and elements of intellectual capital from the standpoint of sufficiency to ensure the innovative development of the university in selected areas; decision-making on the management of intellectual capital of the university, including its subsystems and their elements, based on the results of the assessment of their sufficiency. The conceptual scheme of adaptive management of university intellectual capital in the conditions of technological transformations in the system of its innovative development is developed. The scientific results obtained in the article deepen the principles of innovative management of scientific and educational institutions in terms of forming an approach to adaptive integrated management of university intellectual capital, as one of the main prerequisites for their innovative development in the transformation of technological systems and the fourth industrial revolution. The practical implementation of these developments will significantly increase the efficiency of management of the formation, actualization, strengthening, and use of intellectual capital of universities, to form on this basis the prerequisites for their innovative development, strengthen positions in world rankings. It will also contribute to the development of the market infrastructure of scientific and educational services and the innovation infrastructure of the state as a whole, which is especially relevant for Ukraine.
