Публікація Formation of intellectual property commercialization strategies(РС Tесhnology сеntеr, 2024) Pererva, P. G.; Ievsieiev, A. S.; Maslak, M. V.; Tkachov, M. M.; Tkachova, N. P.The object of research is the process that forms strategies and methods for effective commercialization of intellectual products at industrial enterprises. The problems of introducing intellectual property objects into the economic circulation in the field of industrial production have been analyzed. The most important of them are economic and managerial problems, which consist in the lack of necessary funding and are determined by the difficulty of assessing the market competitiveness of an intellectual product. Special attention was paid to market, technical-technological, and legal problems, the presence of which inhibits the development of the technological market and significantly affects the efficiency of intellectual and innovative activities. The presence of these problems predetermined the main goal of the study – to devise methods and strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property objects. Based on them, an integrated strategy for the commercialization of intelligent products for enterprises of the machine-building industry, which is oriented towards achieving the goals of maximizing the economic and social effect of the production of an intelligent product, was formed and substantiated. The main component of an integrated strategy is an organizational mechanism that provides investment support for innovative activities and scientific and consulting support for an intellectual product. The research results could be used to form programs of intellectual and innovative activity of industrial enterprises and would serve as a basis for further scientific research on these issuesПублікація Methodology of intellectual property management processes(Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna, Poland, 2023) Maslak, M. V.The article proves that the management of intellectual property is a set of management actions carried out by an industrial enterprise in order to ensure the implementation of the legal system of intellectual property and protect the legal rights and interests of subjects of intellectual property law, as well as natural persons. Intellectual property right enables property owners to maximize the economic and social benefits of their intellectual achievements. It is justified that the content of intellectual property management corresponds to the system of intellectual property protection. Only after understanding the content of the intellectual property system, can we find out the content of intellectual property management and scientifically build and operate the intellectual property management system at industrial enterprises.Публікація Research of sources, factors and methods of efficiency of use of intellectual property objects(OKTAN PRINT, Czech Republic, 2023) Maslak, M. V.It has been proven that the most important types of effects from the use of intellectual products are economic (value indicators), scientific and technical (novelty, usefulness, reliability), market (demand, supply, price), social (social results) and environmental (indicators of the physical state of the environment). The integral economic effect from the implementation of intellectual and innovative projects is defined as the sum of all these types of effects. Thus, the integral economic effect of applying the results of scientific research and development includes all the components of reproductive development.Публікація Intelligent technologies as a factor of sustainable development of the enterprise(Видавничий центр Київського національного університету культури і мистецтв, 2023) Maslak, M. V.Ensuring the conditions and principles of sustainable development, in our opinion, is possible only on an innovative basis using modern smart technologies. The task of intelligent technology is to identify physical, chemical, mechanical, commercial, social, ecological and other laws of the nature of the transformation of processed environments from one type to another in order to determine and use in practice the most effective production processes.Публікація Stages of drawing up innovative projects(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2023) Maslak, M. V.; Pererva, P. G.It has been proven that the development of innovations requires a certain potential for new thoughts and proposals, so all developed countries invest heavily in supporting young scientists and their development. An important aspect in the development of innovations is their commercialization.Публікація Formation of economic and legal measures for the development of the market of intellectual property objects(ПП "Технологічний Центр", 2023) Maslak, M. V.; Pererva, P. G.The problems of intellectual property market development have been investigated. It is proved that without the successful functioning of this market it is impossible to ensure the innovative development of the country. The characteristics of the intellectual property market, as well as the factors restraining its development, have been determined. The most important of them are significant volumes of outflow of Ukrainian scientists to foreign countries, low quality of Ukrainian patents, high level of counterfeiting and piracy, corruption pressure on the development and use of intellectual property, insufficient level of material support, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop measures to strengthen the factors that contribute to the development of the intellectual property market and reduce the negative impact of factors on the Ukrainian technological market. To achieve the goal, it is proposed to introduce organizational and legal measures to improve the working conditions of employees of the main scientific institution of the country, the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine, the institutes of which produce most intellectual developments, as well as to form special financial and material mechanisms to support innovation at the expense of budget funds. Using the example of reforming the institutes of NAS, according to the proposed measures, proposals have been formed to preserve scientific personnel, intensify the cooperation of scientific institutions with business, built on the interest of all parties in the field of technology commercialization. Counteraction to counterfeiting is proposed to be carried out taking into account a more accurate calculation of the commercial risks to which business entities are exposed in the manufacture and use of innovations. It is recommended to strengthen the level of legal protection of exclusive rights. Legislative initiatives on the development of the intellectual property market have been formed, which relate to changes in patent legislation regarding utility models and bringing it to EU conditions.Публікація Features of the intellectual property management process(Teadmus OÜ, Estonia, 2023) Maslak, M. V.It has been proven that startups are companies created on the basis of the introduction of one technology. Due to the narrow range of intellectual property objects available to a startup company and there is no need for a separately developed intellectual property management strategy. Thus, we see a difference in approaches to managing intellectual property not only between organizations from different spheres and forms of economic structure, but also within the designated groups. Therefore, a special approach to classification according to the principle of interconnection is needed.Публікація Formation of stages of management of intellectual property in an industrial enterprise(2023) Maslak, M. V.Under the concept of “intellectual property management”, it is proposed to understand an integrated system of training and providing various levels of management for effective planning, control and management decision-making regarding intellectual property objects. It is designed to ensure the coordination, interaction and consistency of individual management elements to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise and its effective operation.Публікація Management of intellectual property rights as part of the intangible assets of the enterprise(2022) Maslak, M. V.; Pererva, P. G.The article considers the problems of accounting for intellectual property as part of the intangible assets of an industrial enterprise. It was determined that the problems of development and management of the processes of creation, distribution, use, protection and protection of intellectual property around the world are becoming extremely important and relevant today. It has been proven that the importance and relevance of intellectual property management are determined by two important factors: a) competing enterprises will not be able to fully reproduce the intellectual and innovative technologies used by this enterprise in its production activities; b) intellectual property is of commercial value to the company-owner, as it can be used as part of goods and services. An enterprise may allow third parties to use certain types of its intellectual property, but a system of licenses or other legal restrictions protect this initial exclusive right of the given enterprise.Публікація Commercialization of intellectual property objects in industrial enterprises(ТОВ "Консалтингово-видавнича компанія "Ділові перспективи", 2022) Pererva, P.
