    Formation of intellectual property commercialization strategies

    The object of research is the process that forms strategies and methods for effective commercialization of intellectual products at industrial enterprises. The problems of introducing intellectual property objects into the economic circulation in the field of industrial production have been analyzed. The most important of them are economic and managerial problems, which consist in the lack of necessary funding and are determined by the difficulty of assessing the market competitiveness of an intellectual product. Special attention was paid to market, technical-technological, and legal problems, the presence of which inhibits the development of the technological market and significantly affects the efficiency of intellectual and innovative activities. The presence of these problems predetermined the main goal of the study – to devise methods and strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property objects. Based on them, an integrated strategy for the commercialization of intelligent products for enterprises of the machine-building industry, which is oriented towards achieving the goals of maximizing the economic and social effect of the production of an intelligent product, was formed and substantiated. The main component of an integrated strategy is an organizational mechanism that provides investment support for innovative activities and scientific and consulting support for an intellectual product. The research results could be used to form programs of intellectual and innovative activity of industrial enterprises and would serve as a basis for further scientific research on these issues

    The article considers the problems of accounting for intellectual property as part of the intangible assets of an industrial enterprise. It was determined that the problems of development and management of the processes of creation, distribution, use, protection and protection of intellectual property around the world are becoming extremely important and relevant today. It has been proven that the importance and relevance of intellectual property management are determined by two important factors: a) competing enterprises will not be able to fully reproduce the intellectual and innovative technologies used by this enterprise in its production activities; b) intellectual property is of commercial value to the company-owner, as it can be used as part of goods and services. An enterprise may allow third parties to use certain types of its intellectual property, but a system of licenses or other legal restrictions protect this initial exclusive right of the given enterprise.

    Іntroducing the results of innovative activity into economic circulation is one of the essential characteristics of an effective industrial enterprise. Commercializing intellectual property objects involves coordinated production and commercial activity, adopting and implementing scientifically based decisions. This is necessary to successfully pass an intellectual product through all stages of its life cycle. The purpose of this study is to form market processes for commercializing intellectual property objects at industrial enterprises, finding the most effective option for their introduction into economic circulation. The theoretical investigation of the problem made it possible to identify and analyze various possible conceptual approaches to commercializing intellectual property in an industrial enterprise. Among them are market push, market pull, engineering, and reengineering commercialization models.

    Organizational aspects of management of models of commercialization of intellectual technologies

    The analysis of modern management concepts indicates the need to implement approaches and principles ensuring the integrity of the research object as the social, ecological, and economic system, which is a separate enterprise or region. Such approach allow to consider issues as complex at each level and identifying risks, making forecasts regarding changes in the environment, evaluating opportunities for development and ensuring an acceptable life quality for people, the human development level in terms of natural resource and environmental limitations and other local and global challenges. Currently, the need to accumulate human intellectual efforts is becoming more and more obvious. It forms a new paradigm of its existence in the conditions of non-antagonistic self-development and coexistence with the surrounding world, economic interests’ subordination to interests of ecological expediency and social responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to form a new management paradigm with worldview level emphasis and basic values that combine environmental, economic, social, and political aspects. This monograph based on the authors research results, which developing the ideas of the sustainable development transition necessary, and basics of a green economy and a socially oriented market economy. The presented materials have both applied (theoretical and methodological) and didactic value, as they demonstrate the implementation conditions and features of effective management’s tools and methods to solve urgent development problems of enterprises, activity spheres and territories. Therefore, it will be essential and useful for enterprises’ managers, local self-government bodies, scientists and university students.

    The results of the research carried out make it possible to identify a certain pattern, which manifests itself in the timing of fundamental and applied scientific research. Most often, fundamental research is ahead of applied research, which affects the terms of commercialization, which can be carried out only some time after the completion of fundamental research. In some cases, society even exerts an inhibitory effect on the process of carrying out fundamental scientific developments to create practical opportunities for the application of fundamental scientific developments.

    Theoretical and methodical essence of technology transfer on the basis of entreprenry and intrapreneurship

    In the article it is proved that a considerable part of scientific developments of industrial enterprises, in most cases quite effective and promising, remain unclaimed; high, and in most cases inaccessible even to the technological product development companies themselves. their commercialization (transfer) costs are not high enough, and in most cases not accessible even to the technological product development companies themselves. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of technology transfer has been clarified. It is proved that transfer of technologies developed at machine-building enterprises can be carried out mainly with the use of two entrepreneurial institutions: entrepreneurship (external transfer) and intrapreneurship (intra-firm transfer). Possible organizational and economic forms of the end result have been formed when used in machine-building enterprises of entreprenry and intrapreneurship. The basic prerequisites for the formation and use of integrated high technologies at machine-building enterprises, which most closely meet the economic and legal criteria of the transfer process. Such prerequisites, in particular, include: increase in the scientific and technological capacity, complication of engineering products, acceleration of scientific and technological progress, introduction of intellectual development in the production, increasing the level of market competition, etc. A detailed analysis of the current state of the domestic technological market has been carried out, and the main positive and negative factors have been identified, which most or not ensure the effectiveness of its functioning. It was found that the level of financial support for innovative activity in the country (0.3-0.4% of GDP) is not able to ensure the effectiveness of scientific research. Obstacles to the effective implementation of intra-company technology transfer at machinebuilding enterprises are identified and generalized. These include economic, scientific, technical, social and political obstacles.

    Organization of marketing activities on the intrapreneurship

    The article deals with the theoretical study of the category of "intrapreneurship" (internal business). It is proved that internal business is conducted in two main directions: in the field of strategic management and entrepreneurship. It is proposed to conduct research of the organization of marketing activities using the theoretical and methodological provisions of the intrapreneurship. It is determined that the organization of marketing activity on the basis of intrapreneurship is a rather complex production-technological system, which is implemented in practice in specific organizational mechanisms. Organizational mechanism of marketing activity in general is an interconnected set of economic relations, principles, methods and forms of organization of the creation, implementation and practical implementation of marketing programs and projects. Attention is drawn to the fact that the communicative effectiveness of organizing marketing activities on the basis of intrapreneurship is the result of an adequate response to changes in the external environment, reflects increased opportunities for reception, understanding, assimilation, use and transfer of information, willingness and ability of intrapreneurship to contact potential consumers and the public, influence on them, to push for appropriate actions, taking into account changes in the macro level.

    The article contains a detailed analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of the production of tractor equipment in Ukraine. The marketing characteristics of the tractors market in Ukraine and the Russian Federation are considered. The technical and economic indicators of the work of the leading Ukrainian manufacturers of tractor equipment are investigated. In particular, the authors studied in detail the development prospects of the Kharkov Tractor Plant.Based on the research carried out by the authors, a number of innovative measures are proposed, the implementation of which can lead to a drastic change in the market condition of domestic tractor construction. These proposals are mainly related to the state and legislative support of tractor-building at the national and regional levels and can be summarized as follows.
