    Digitalization of logistics to solve the problems of its development in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy

    The article is devoted to the development of recommendations for the digital transformation of domestic logistics to solve the current problems of its development in the conditions of post-war recovery, as well as the development of Ukraine’s economy. Based on the analysis of military actions’ impact on the logistics infrastructure and the logistics practices during the war with Russia, the study identifies two main problems of domestic logistics. Additionally, it considers the requirement for post-war recovery and economic growth to transition to an innovative development path. The first group includes problems caused by the war. The second is the problem of adapting logistics systems to the conditions of post-war recovery and innovative development of Ukraine’s economy. Recommendations have been developed to analyze and solve these groups of problems by addressing them, their consequences, and the digital technologies that can mitigate them. Appropriate tables for making managerial decisions regarding the digital transformation of logistics systems and their elements have been created. A consolidated scheme is proposed, outlining the sequence and content of management procedures. This scheme guides the selection of digital technologies to address the problems identified. It helps form relevant strategies based on digitalization. The obtained scientific and applied results, conclusions, and recommendations collectively deepen the principles of managing the digital transformation of logistics systems as a way to solve the problems of their development in the conditions of post-war recovery and the transition to innovative growth of the economy of Ukraine. They also contribute to the formation of the information and analytical base of the organizational and economic management mechanism for the development of logistics systems in the digital economy. Further research should be aimed at developing the methodological foundations of formalized management of the processes of digital transformation of domestic logistics to ensure its development in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy in line with the concept of innovative growth.

    The Impact of COVID-19 on the development of the segment of the international tourism market in Ukraine focused on arab tourists

    The article is devoted to determining the set of external and internal prerequisites for the extending influx of Arab countries' tourists to Ukraine in 2021 under the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions introduced in most countries. Quantitative characteristics of the flow of tourists are outlined. The main characteristics and preferences of tourists from Arab countries who visited Ukraine are determined. It is established that in conditions of restrictions caused by COVID-19, they consider Ukraine as an alternative vocation location to traditional places in European countries. A generalized profile of these tourists has been compiled. It can serve as an information base for improving tourist products (services) and the system of service rendering. An assessment of prospects for developing the international tourism market segment in Ukraine focused on tourists from Arab countries has been made. The study results can be used to make effective management decisions in the field of international tourism at the state and regional levels, as well as at the level of individual tourism service providers in the context of the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic and its completion.

    The object of this study is digital marketing at an enterprise. The investigated problem is the lack of a sufficient level of systematic consideration of the task to use information communication systems and technologies in the marketing activities of enterprises. Availability of such a system would increase the company’s potential in creating mutual value for the seller and the client when implementing relationship marketing technologies. It is shown that the information and analytical support of the enterprise’s marketing activity can be presented as a tool of the enterprise’s activity, functioning as an element of the enterprise’s management system. Among the general criteria for choosing a CRM system, it is proposed to consider convenience and ease of use, flexibility of system settings for special business needs, price, simplicity. Such consideration of CRM systems and their capabilities provide economic effects that affect the profitability of the enterprise and prevent the impact of negative factors on the development of the company.The proposed procedure for choosing an adequate CRM system was verified on the example of a dental clinic, which made it possible to draw a conclusion about the feasibility of implementing a CRM system in the business under study. It is based on received estimates of short-term and long-term economic effects of the system’s application. Calculated data are provided for support, which showed that the productivity of the administrator’s work increased by 73.3 %, and the average duration of patient care by the doctor, taking into account the time of registration, decreased by 25 %. This is due to the fact that the system makes it possible to perform a quick search on the general electronic database, and the time saved at this stage can be spent on performing additional work

    Problems and prospects of higher education in the context of the fourth industrial revolution

    The article is devoted to clarifying and systematizing prospects and problems of higher education conditioned by the fourth industrial revolution. The analysis of its basic technologies influence on the system of higher education is performed. The following scheme of the analysis is used: essence of technologies; innovations created on their basis; the consequences of their introduction into industry, both positive and negative; problems and prospects for the development of the system of higher education. Based on the results of the analysis, problems and prospects of universities’ development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution are highlighted. Some practical aspects of Ukrainian universities development opportunities in conditions and on the basis of technologies of the fourth industrial revolution are considered.

    Logistics risks of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises

    The article is devoted to the definition and systematization of logistical risks of innovations commercialization of industrial enterprises, as well as the development of approaches to quantitative assessment and consideration of these risks when justifying innovative projects. From the point of view of the logistic approach, the essence and content of the commercialization stage for various options of the innovation process, separated by the type of innovative business, the degree of radicalization of innovative activity, and the size of the industrial enterprise-innovator, have been clarified. The role of logistical support for the commercialization of innovations during the implementation of the specified options of the innovation process is revealed. The content of logistics support measures concerning procurement, production, and distribution logistics is detailed. The systematization (by environment of occurrence and factors of influence) of logistics risks of commercialization of innovative products of industrial enterprises has been carried out: risks of the macro environment (caused by the impact of its components), risks of external logistics systems (caused by the influence of their links), risks of the internal logistics system (caused by the impact of its elements), risks logistic support management systems (caused by incomplete certainty regarding the subject, conditions and consequences of management decisions). The nature of the manifestation, the degree of influence, and the possibilities of managing the selected risks are determined. A systematic approach to the quantitative assessment of logistics risks of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises, particularly those that have a more significant influence on the results of commercialization (risks of external and internal logistics systems), is proposed. The essence of risk management measures based on assessment results, in particular, aimed at reducing their level, is outlined. The results of the study develop and deepen the fundamental aspects of risk management of innovative projects in terms of identification, determination of the causes of manifestation, influencing factors, quantitative assessment, and minimization of logistical risks of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises in the permanently unstable conditions of the modern economy, caused by the fourth industrial revolution and the transformation of technological systems.

    Development of a system of motivation for employees of the marketing department of the enterprise for product promotion using tools of informational interaction of virtual space

    The work considers the problem of developing an approach to increase the motivation of employees of the company's marketing department to promote products (websites) to partners and consumers in the virtual space by using marketing tools of information interaction. Approaches to improving the enterprise management system and increasing its business activity were proposed. The first one is for the formation of well-founded proposals for the development of a system of motivation for marketers in the promotion of products according to the point evaluation system on a certain number of sites where information about the company's activities is posted. The second is to develop recommendations for product promotion by marketers in the virtual space to increase the business activity of the enterprise. Methodical recommendations were proposed, in contrast to the existing approaches, based on the implementation of the motivation system of marketers (link builders and attrichers). Characteristic differences are the substantiation of the employees' motivation to promote the company's products (websites) and the improvement of the structure of the outriggers department. This is due to the introduction of a system of subgroups managed by outriggers under the chairmanship of a team leader. The features that made it possible to solve the mentioned problem are that according to the results of the work of each subgroup, all participants can receive bonuses, motivating each other to work more fruitfully. It was determined that such a system, using the example of outriggers, is the most successful for the sustainable development of the site. The motivation system is used in practice and consists in dividing all the indicators of the site and assigning them the corresponding points, according to the most important criteria. The results are explained by the fact that the better the site's indicators, the higher the score will be given, the higher the bonus will be for the fulfillment or over-fulfillment of the plan by the outreachers. On the other hand, the site will receive better and more diverse links, which is also an important factor for search engines.
