Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the instrument of the strategic management’s use, that called the Balanced Scorecard, for Ukrainian enterprises. In conditions of global market’s uncertainty and cruel competition, the future of the enterprises depends on the mobilization of material and non-material enterprise’s assets, what assumes the perfection of the strategic approach to the management.
