Анотація
У статті пропонуються методичні засади оцінювання конкурентоспроможності бізнес-процесу як основного структурного елементу підприємства. У процесі аналізу конкурентоспроможності авторами використовується процесний підхід до управління, коли будь-яке підприємство може бути представлено як сукупність бізнес-процесів. Оцінювання конкурентоспроможності бізнес-процесів пропонується проводити на основі визначення їхньої зовнішньої і внутрішньої конкурентоспроможності з подальшим розрахунком інтегрального показника на основі методу аналізу ієрархій. Внутрішня конкурентоспроможність бізнес-процесу визначається шляхом його порівняння з іншими бізнес-процесами підприємства; зовнішня конкурентоспроможність бізнес-процесу – шляхом порівняння з аналогічними бізнес-процесами інших підприємств. Результати визначення конкурентоспроможності бізнес-процесів можуть бути використані в процесі реорганізації підприємства.
The article offers methodological principles for assessing the competitiveness of the business process as the main structural element of the enterprise. The competitiveness of the enterprise is one of the most important categories of a market economy and characterizes possibility of the enterprise to adapt to market conditions. When conducting the competitiveness analysis, the authors use a process approach to management, when any enterprise can be represented as a set of business processes. The competitiveness of the enterprise is a relative indicator that characterizes the sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise over other companies in the industry. The competitiveness of the enterprise is formed by a number of factors, the main of which is the competitiveness of its products. Among other factors of competitiveness of the enterprise it is important to take into account competitiveness of its business processes which, in our opinion should be measured in two directions. It is proposed to assess the competitiveness of business processes on the basis of determining their external and internal competitiveness, followed by the calculation of the integrated indicator based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process created by Saaty. The internal competitiveness of the business process is determined by comparing it with other business processes of the enterprise; external competitiveness of the business process is determined by comparing with similar business processes of other enterprises. The results of determining the competitiveness of business processes can be used in the process of reorganization of the enterprise, for example in the decision-making process regarding outsourcing of the business process. The peculiarity of the proposed methodological approach to assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise is the integrated usage of various factors, which allows to take into account different parameters of the enterprise in all functional areas. The prospect of further research in this direction could be connected with searching of effective methods of competitiveness management.
