Формування механізму управління інноваційним розвитком промислового підприємства на засадах контролінгу

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано сутнісне підґрунтя інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання, робиться наголос на прямому зв’язку між результативністю їх інноваційної діяльності та використанням сучасних ефективних методів управління, до яких віднесено контролінг. Сформовано механізм управління інноваційним розвитком промислового підприємства на засадах контролінгу, що ґрунтується на теоретичних аспектах сучасних концепцій контролінгу, його принципах, функціях, методичному інструментарії та має забезпечити інформаційно-аналітичну підтримку процесів прийняття та реалізації відповідних управлінських рішень.In the article intrinsic basis of innovative development of the industrial enterprise in modern conditions of managing is analyzed, the emphasis is placed on direct link between productivity of their innovative activity and using of the modern effective methods of management to which it is carried controlling. The mechanism of management by innovative development of the industrial enterprise on the basis of the controlling, based on theoretical aspects of modern concepts of controlling, its principles, functions, methodical tools and urged to provide information and analytical support of processes of acceptance and implementation of the relevant administrative decisions is created.
