Анотація
У статті проведено аналіз сутності креативності як одного з найважливіших факторів розвитку сучасної економіки. Охарактеризовано основні підходи до створення творчого процесу та інноваційного середовища, які представлені інструментом будівництва сталого розвитку підприємства. Основа роботи полягає у неспинному вдосконаленні ринку нових продуктів, послуг, інтеграцій, досліджень, які є результатом раціонально-ефективного використання потенціалу людських ресурсів в оптимально-стимулюючих умовах. Розглянуто креативне середовище як один з головних кейсів до розвитку інноваційної економіки. Проведено аналіз ролі та впливу у цьому сучасному перебігу займає держава, як вона може бути основним джерелом формування нової креативної системи. Характеризуємо творчий підхід, як шлях до нової стратегії, визначаємо її сенс та нове формулу для підвищення ефективності виробничих систем і розвитку інноваційної діяльності в економіці.
The article is devoted to the analysis of creativity as one of the most im-portant factors in the development of the modern economy. We describe the main approaches to creating a creative process and an innovative environment, which are presented as a tool for building sustainable enterprise development. The basis of the work lies in the continuous improvement of the market for new products, services, integration, and research obtained as a result of the rational and efficient use of the potential of human resources in an optimal stimulating environment. We consider the creative environment as one of the main cases for the development of an innovative economy. We show what role and influence the state plays in this modern trend, how it can be the main source of the formation of a new creative system. We characterize a creative approach as a path to a new strategy, meaning, a new formula for increasing the efficiency of production systems and the progress of innovation throughout the world. The study presents a detailed description of the process of emergence of innovations, their features, and elements of the creative economy. The essence and meaning of the participation of the state, as the main mediator, the creator of an environment in which potential ideas are identified by creating a creative culture, improving the legal system, generating financial support and demand for ideas, is characterized. Human resource management in an innovation organization is becoming a long-term strategy tool in business to remove barriers to innovation. The description is supplemented with recommendations for improving the incentive system for new technologies, new industries, new material goods and other economic benefits. To develop creativity in the enterprise, a perfect system of professional training and retraining is needed, creating opportunities for acquiring new skills that are in demand on the market throughout a person's career. The above findings of the study indicate the emergence of creativity as a defining and most important element of innovative economic activity, the main property of which is transported into a continuous process of change.
