Abstract
In the article issues of staffing of strategic management accounting and the main vectors of their decision are considered. The main areas of activity of specialists in strategic management accounting are defined. Factors affecting the activities of specialists in this area are represented and grouped. The profile of the qualities of such specialists with a view to matching the postindustrial stage of economic development and contributing to the increase in the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises in the long run is formed.
