Abstract

Controlling in today's conditions is considered as management of economic activity of the enterprise with use of modern innovative tools. Since classical management cannot be effective in conditions of uncertainty and crisis situations, controlling management must be permanent and anti-crisis. The all-encompassing nature of controlling is reflected in its connection to the various managerial aspects of the company, which are shown in the philosophical triangle. The company's general management policy has a direct mission to ensure the production, survival and development of the company as a result of its adaptation to the current external unpredictable and unpredictable environment, so it is the starting point of the entire technological network of controlling interdependencies between its socio-economic development.
