Вплив техногенно-екологічних факторів на економічний стан машинобудівної галузі

Abstract

У статті подано важливість виявлення сучасних ризиків машинобудівної промислової галузі для забезпечення техногенно-екологічної безпеки України. З’ясовано, що її показники функціонування виступають головним чинником соціального та економічного розвитку країни. Дана галузь впливає на розвиток технологічного потенціалу і конкурентоспроможності економіки України в цілому. Рівень розвитку машинобудування є одним з основних факторів, що дозволяє забезпечити сталий розвиток української економіки, від його рівня та динаміки розвитку залежить розвиток країни. У основних результатах висвітлено сучасний стан машинобудівної галузі, ефективність діяльності підприємств машинобудування, виявлення актуальних проблем, які дають змогу визначити інструменти для відновлення та подальшого сталого розвитку підприємств машинобудування. Розглянуто фактори класифікації ризиків за відповідними складовими, зокрема, техногенною, економічною, екологічною. Метою статті є виявлення основних проблем, ризиків і можливостей машинобудування в Україні. У дослідженні підтверджений зв’язок між економічним зростанням та розвитком промисловості. Визначено особливості умов функціонування машинобудівних підприємств. Проаналізовано головні чинники зниження обсягів виробництва машинобудівної галузі. Визначені основні фактори, що стримують інноваційну діяльність. Окреслено головні дестабілізуючі проблем машинобудівної галузі через призму загальної ситуації в Україні, а саме: порушення логістики, військові загрози, політичні ризики тощо. Зроблено висновок та запропоновано ряд заходів, спрямованих на створення умов сталого розвитку машинобудівної галузі з урахуванням потенціалу і можливостей підприємств машинобудування в сучасних умовах. Подальші перспективи окреслюють проблему інновацій та модернізацію виробництва.The article presents the importance of identifying modern risks of the machine-building industry to ensure technological and environmental safety of Ukraine. It was found that its functioning indicators are the main factor of the social and economic development of the country. This industry affects the development of the technological potential and competitiveness of the economy of Ukraine as a whole. The level of development of mechanical engineering is one of the main factors that allows to ensure the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy, the development of the country depends on its level and dynamics of development. The main results highlight the current state of the machine-building industry, the effectiveness of machine-building enterprises, the identification of current problems, which make it possible to identify tools for the recovery and further sustainable development of machine-building enterprises. The factors of risk classification according to the relevant components are considered, in particular, man-made, economic, environmental. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems, risks and opportunities of mechanical engineering in Ukraine. The research confirms the connection between economic growth and industrial development. The peculiarities of the operating conditions of machine-building enterprises have been determined. The main factors of the decrease in the volume of production of the machine-building industry are analyzed. The main factors restraining innovative activity are identified. The main destabilizing problems of the machine-building industry are outlined through the prism of the general situation in Ukraine, namely: disruption of logistics, military threats, political risks, etc. A conclusion was made and a number of measures aimed at creating conditions for the sustainable development of the machine-building industry, taking into account the potential and capabilities of machine building enterprises in modern conditions, were proposed. Further prospects outline the problem of innovation and modernization of production.
