Теоретичні засади формування фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад

Abstract

У статті розглянуто наукові підходи до трактування поняття «фінансовий потенціал територіальної громади». Виявлено поступову трансформацію поглядів від домінування ресурсного підходу до комплексного, динамічного та управлінсько-орієнтованого бачення цієї категорії. Запропоновано авторське бачення трактування поняття «фінансовий потенціал територіальної громади». Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування фінансового потенціалу територіальної громади.

The article examines scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «financial potential of a territorial community». A gradual transformation of views from the dominance of the resource approach to a comprehensive, dynamic, and management-oriented vision of this category is revealed. The author's vision of the interpretation of the concept of «financial potential of a territorial community» is proposed. A structural and functional model of the formation of the financial potential of a territorial community is developed.
