Abstract
An approach has been proposed, which allows to evaluate alternatives and select promising sales intermediaries in specific target markets in conditions of fuzzy assessment of individual indicators. Its practical application makes it possible to increase the accuracy of analysis and, accordingly, the efficiency of the formation of the system of distribution of products of the enterprise-producer.
