Abstract

In the article the existing concepts of cost management are analyzed. Focus on their core provisions of shows. Theoretical and practical significance of the concept of strategic cost management (Strategic Cost Management) is investigated. Features of the formation of structural and functional MicroTouch factors within the concept of SCM is given. The scheme matching the concepts of cost management with operational and strategic levels generated. The process approach to the formation of a strategic management system cost is justified. Systemic targeting of strategic cost management in a cyclic loop management decision is justified.
