Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the formation of institutional autonomy of the system of higher education of Ukraine as a whole and the development of organizational autonomy of institutions of higher education in particular. The organizational autonomy of IHE as the subsystem of university autonomy is presented, the problem field on the way of raising the level of organizational autonomy of domestic IHE is determined, and a promising action plan for increasing the level of both organizational and institutional autonomy of IHE is proposed.
