Особливості реструктуризації великомасштабних промислових підприємств в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуті основні підходи до визначення поняття "кластер", запропоновані основні напрями формування об'єднань на кластерній основі та алгоритм організації промислових кластерів на основі реструктуризації крупних промислових підприємств.The article considers the basic approaches to the definition of the notion "cluster", the major directions in the associations formations on the cluster basis are offered, and the algorithm of the industrial clusters organization on the basis of large industrial enterprises restructurization is suggested.
