Анотація

At the present stage of market economy development in developed countries, the use of project management has become a standard of professional business activity. The impact of project management is particularly noticeable in connection with the development of information technology. Today, the "world of project management" unites national and international organizations ‒ investment, industrial, consulting and engineering firms, and government agencies. Congresses and symposia are held, magazines, books, textbooks are published, software is created, etc. In the process of Ukraine's transition to market economy, the use of project management is becoming increasingly important, which requires the training of highly qualified specialists in this field. The purpose of the course work in the discipline "Project Management in Marketing" is to develop students' abilities to provide: effective substantiation of project decisions and management of project activities based on the use of specific methods and tools that ensure the achievement of project goals; comprehensive analysis of project indicators and identification of ways to optimize them; generalization of experience in project management in order to determine the methodological and practical directions for their further implementation.
