Особливості викладання основ грантрайтингу здобувачам екологічних спеціальностей

Abstract

У роботі досліджено особовості викладання освітньої компоненти, яка містить основи грантрайтингу та управління екологічними проєктами для здобувачів екологічних спеціальностей у закладі вищої освіти. Викладання основ грантрайтингу здобувачам екологічних спеціальностей є важливим елементом формування нової генерації науковців, які вміють шукати джерела фінансування та реалізовувати проєкти у відповідності до концепції сталого розвитку. Проаналізовані фактори, які впливають на необхідність запровадження викладання освітнього компоненту, який містить основи грантрайтингу. Наявність відповідних компетенцій у стандартах вищої освіти спеціальностей E2 (101) «Екологія» та G2 (183) «Технології захисту навколишнього середовища» та активізації пропозицій грантової підтримки в Україні на тлі військової агресії визначені як основні фактори. У роботі проаналізовані переваги комплексного підходу до вивчення освітньої компоненти, яка містить основи грантрайтингу для студентів екологічних спеціальностей, який полягає у закріпленні на практичних заняттях теоретичного матеріалу через розв’язання практичних кейсів завдань, які стосуються проєктів в сфері екології, природоохоронних технології тощо. Надані рекомендації щодо введення даного освітнього компоненту в залежності від наявних рівнів екологічної вищої освіти у закладі. Наведені сім особливостей, які автори даного дослідження виділяють при викладанні освітньої компоненти, яка містить основи грантрайтингу для студентів екологічних спеціальностей. Визначено, що необхідно приділяти значну увагу для здобувачів екологічних спеціальностей на наступні теми: автоматизації пошук відповідності грантового проєкту цілям та завданням сталого розвитку; набуття навичок виділення індикаторів успішності екологічного проєкту; SWOT аналізу проєкту; побудові команди та лідерству; вмінню розрізняти та виділяти стейкхолдерів, беніфіціарів та цільову аудиторію проєкту. The teaching specifis for the educational component that includes the grantwriting and environmental project management basics for students of environmental specialties at a higher education institution are given in this paper. Teaching the grantwriting basics to students of environmental specialties is an important element in the scientists` new generation formation who are able to fid funding sources and implement projects according to the sustainable development concept. The factors that inflence the need to introduce teaching an educational component that includes the grantwriting basics are analyzed. The presence of relevant competencies in the higher education standards for specialty E2 (101) “Ecology” and G2 (183) “Environmental Protection Technologies” and the grant support proposals in Ukraine activation against the backdrop of military aggression are identifid as the main factors. The paper analyzes the advantages of a comprehensive approach to studying the educational component, which includes the grantwriting basics for students of environmental specialties, which consists of consolidating theoretical material in practical classes through solving practical case studies of tasks related to projects in the ecology area, environmental technologies, etc. Recommendations are provided for this educational component introduction depending on the existing levels of environmental higher education at the university. Seven features are given that the authors of this study highlight when teaching the educational component, which contains the grant writing basics for students of environmental specialties. It was determined that it is necessary to pay signifiant attention to the following topics for environmental specialties students: automating the search for grant project compliance with the sustainable development goals and targets; acquiring skills in identifying indicators of the success for environmental project; SWOT analysis of the project; team building and leadership; the ability to distinguish and identify stakeholders, benefiiaries and the target audience of the project.
