Дослідження сутності поняття "стимулювання"

Abstract

У представленій статті здійснено наукометричну систематизацію існуючих теоретичних визначень до поняття "стимулювання" в сучасних мінливих умовах ринкової економіки України. У статті систематизовано широкий спектр понять "стимулювання". Також надано стислий агрегаційний опис сутності виділених напрямків дослідження поняття "стимулювання". Виділено, що на сьогодні, з авторської точки зору, можливо виокремити наступні підходи до розуміння та вивчення сутності поняття "стимулювання": в залежності від основи стимулюючого впливу, фокусуванні на рівні досягнення цілей, в залежності від бази спонукаючих дій, в залежності від виділення економічної основи стимулювання, в залежності від рівня суб'єкта стимулювання, що розглядається. Інформаційно-методичною базою проведеного дослідження стали наукові напрацювання як провідних вітчизняних науковців так і загальновідомих закордонних дослідників. Використання в статті таких наукових підходів як систематизація, порівняння та аналіз дозволили виявити як наявні позитивні аспекти так і певні негативні сторони систематизованих понять та виділити певні субкритерії класифікації в рамках кожного з означених вище підходів. Стале функціонування системи стимулювання підприємства, у сучасних умовах, є більш доцільним та ефективним за умови детального вивчення та прикладного застосування здобутків науки через їх комбінаційне та адаптивне застосування для кожного підприємства. Саме це надає можливість оптимально сформувати систему стимулювання яка б відповідала цілям як працівників так і підприємства.

In the presented article the scientometric systematization of the existing theoretical definitions to the concept of "stimulation" in modern changing conditions of market economy of Ukraine is carried out. The article systematizes a wide range of concepts of "stimulation". A concise aggregation description of the essence of the selected areas of research of the concept of "stimulation" is also given. It is highlighted that today, from the author's point of view, it is possible to distinguish the following approaches to understanding and studying the essence of the concept of "stimulation": depending on the basis of stimulating influence, focusing on achieving goals, depending on the base basics of stimulation, depending on the level of the subject of stimulation under consideration. The scientific and methodological basis of the study was the scientific achievements of both leading domestic scientists and well-known foreign researchers. The use of such scientific approaches in the article as systematization, comparison and analysis allowed to identify both the existing positive aspects and certain negative aspects of systematized concepts and to identify certain subcriteria of classification within each of the above approaches. Sustainable operation of the system of enterprise incentives, in modern conditions, is more appropriate and effective in terms of detailed study and application of scientific achievements through their combination and adaptive application for each enterprise. This provides an opportunity to optimally form an incentive system that would meet the goals of both employees and the company.
