Європейський вектор розвитку української освіти : досвід та перспективи

Abstract

Викладено сучасне розуміння аксіологічного аспекту освіти. Виокремлено процеси, які впливають на її розвиток: глобалізація, інформаційна революція, трансформація ціннісних орієнтирів. Зазначено, що залежно від форм і тенденцій вияву глобалізація справляє як позитивний (зростання конкуренції зумовлює підвищення якості освітніх послуг), так і негативний (дисбаланс фінансування позначається на якості освіти, що загрожує цілісності освітнього середовища) вплив на ціннісну сферу європейської освіти. Констатовано, що інформатизація й цифровізація суспільства сприяють розширенню доступу до інформації, призводячи до позитивних (розширення комунікацій) і негативних (віртуальна залежність, інформаційна віральність, фейковість, кліповість, дезінформація тощо) наслідків. Засвідчено, що трансформування ціннісних орієнтирів європейської освіти, взороване на гуманістичні ідеали, живить плюралізм думок і творчий саморозвиток особистості, неможливий без утвердження в суспільній свідомості та політико-правовій сфері демократичних цінностей.Доведено, що механічне копіювання ціннісних засад європейської освіти не дасть бажаних результатів на українських освітніх теренах, оскільки наша держава має своєрідну систему цінностей, позначену кордологізмом, седентаризмом і антеїзмом, що ґрунтується на традиціях українського народу, й самобутню культуру, а європейські країни – це стабільні суспільства з усталеними демократичними, соціально орієнтованими ринковими традиціями та раціоналістичною системою цінностей (самодостатня особа, яка реалізує себе в особистісному, професійному й соціальному вимірах). Наголошено, що визначальним критерієм освітнього процесу має бути є якісна освіта, а стратегічною метою – виховання миролюбства як сталої та невід’ємної риси європейця й засадничих громадянських чеснот і цінностей, як-от честь, гідність, повага, відповідальність, соціальна активність, скромність, дбайливе ставлення до довкілля тощо.З’ясовано, що європейському культурно-освітньому простору притаманні толерантність, моральність, гуманізм, демократія й солідарність. Запропоновано розглядати ці духовні цінності в єдності, оскільки вони діалектично пов’язані, що й утілено в освітніх практиках країн ЄС.The modern view of the axiological aspect of education is outlined. Processes that influence its development are singled out: globalization, information revolution, transformation of value orientations. It is noted that, depending on the forms and trends of manifestation, globalization has both a positive (increased competition leads to an increase in the quality of educational services) and a negative (funding imbalance affects the quality of education, which threatens the integrity of the educational environment) impact on the value sphere of the European education. It is established that informatization and digitization of society contribute to the expansion of access to information, leading to positive (expansion of communications) and negative (virtual dependence, information virality, fakeness, clichéness, disinformation, etc.) consequences. It is proved that the transformation of the value guidelines of the European education, based on humanistic ideals, nourishes the pluralism of opinions and creative self-development of the individual, which is impossible without the affirmation of democratic values in the public consciousness and the political and legal sphere.It has been proved that mechanical copying of the value foundations of the European education will not give the desired results in Ukrainian educational fields, since our state has a peculiar system of values marked by cordologism, sedentarism and atheism, which is based on the traditions of the Ukrainian people, and a unique culture, while European countries are stable societies with established democratic, socially oriented market traditions and a rationalistic value system (a self-sufficient person who realizes himself in personal, professional and social dimensions). It is emphasized that the defining criterion of the educational process should be education of high quality, and the strategic goal should be the education of pacifism as a permanent and inalienable trait of a European and basic civic virtues and values, such as honor, dignity, respect, responsibility, social activity, modesty, careful attitude to the environment, etc.It is found that the European cultural and educational area is characterized by tolerance, morality, humanism, democracy and solidarity. It is proposed to consider these spiritual values in unity, as they are dialectically connected, which is embodied in the educational practices of the EU countries.
