Стратегічні пріоритети туризму і готельного бізнесу в концепції сталого розвитку регіонів

Abstract

В монографії досліджено теоретико-методологічні положення й розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо оптимальних стратегій розвитку індустрії туризму та галузі готельного бізнесу з урахуванням концептуальних підходів до сталого розвитку. Узагальнено особливості функціонування сфери туризму та готельного бізнесу в умовах ринкової економіки; проаналізовано тенденції розвитку сфери туризму та готельного бізнесу України в галузевому та регіональному контекстах; оцінено вплив війни на розвиток туризму та готельного бізнесу; визначено вектори активізації функціонування підприємств індустрії туризму та готельного бізнесу; розроблено можливі стратегічні пріоритети розвитку індустрії туризму та готельного бізнесу у майбутній повоєнний період на шляху до сталого регіонального розвитку. Проаналізовано теоретичні й практичні аспекти забезпечення сталості туризму та сфери гостинності; розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо забезпечення сталості туристичної дестинації через розвиток сільського туризму на основі стратегічного партнерства та диверсифікації туристичного продукту. Удосконалено сучасні теоретико-методичні підходи до розробки стратегій розвитку сфери туризму та галузі готельного бізнесу у концепції сталого розвитку. Рекомендовано для наукових працівників, викладачів, здобувачів закладів вищої освіти та широкого кола фахівців індустрії туризму та гостинності.

The monograph examines theoretical and methodological provisions and develops scientific and practical recommendations regarding optimal strategies for the development of the tourism industry and the hotel business, taking into account conceptual approaches to sustainable development. The peculiarities of the functioning of the tourism and hotel business in the conditions of the market economy are summarized; trends in the development of tourism and hotel business of Ukraine were analyzed in industry and regional contexts; the impact of the war on the development of tourism and the hotel business was assessed; the vectors of activation of the functioning of enterprises of the tourism industry and hotel business are determined; possible strategic priorities for the development of the tourism industry and hotel business in the future post-war period on the way to sustainable regional development have been developed. The theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring the sustainability of tourism and hospitality are analyzed; practical recommendations have been developed to ensure the sustainability of the tourist destination through the development of rural tourism based on strategic partnership and diversification of the tourist product. Modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of strategies for the development of tourism and hotel business in the concept of sustainable development have been improved.
