Управлінські інновації в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства

Abstract

У статті розглянуті теоретичні та практичні аспекти управлінських інновацій. На основі компаративного аналізу запропоновано авторське визначення поняття "економічна безпека підприємства". Приведено авторське уявлення про місце і роль управлінських інновацій в системі управління економічною безпекою промислових підприємств. Визначено особливості регулювання управлінських інновацій у діяльності промислових підприємств. Структуровані управлінські інновації за напрямами управлінської діяльності. Увага приділена методам, які забезпечують розробку і реалізацію нововведень у сфері адміністративної діяльності. Запропонована авторська концепція TQM для управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Виділено перспективні напрями розвитку інновацій в управлінській діяльності промислових підприємств.

The author's definition of the concept of "economic security of an enterprise" on the basis of a comparative analysis is proposed.
