Розвиток ринку M&A в Україні

Abstract

В роботі проведена систематизація інформації щодо обсягів угод на ринку M&A в Україні за останні роки. За допомогою економіко-математичних методів зроблена спроба визначення прогнозу розвитку цього ринку. Визначено зміни структури M&A-інвесторів та структури українського ринку M&A за розподілом галузей економіки.The ordering of the information concerning the volumes of transactions on M&A market in Ukraine during the last years is presented in the work. An attempt of this market development forecast is made by means of economic-mathematical methods. The structure changes in M&A-investors and in the structure of Ukrainian market M&A by economy areas are defined.
