Збалансована система показників в інноваційно-інвестиційній політиці промислового підприємства

Abstract

В статті розроблено науково-методичні пропозиції щодо використання збалансованої системи показників при формуванні інноваційно-інвестиційної політики промислового підприємства. Проведено детальний аналіз потенційних можливостей збалансованої системи показників для вітчизняних підприємств, надано пропозиції по складу традиційний складових цієї системи у відповідності з поставленими завданнями.

The article provides methodological proposals for the use of the balanced scorecard in the formation of innovation and investment policy of industrial enterprise. Detailed analysis of the potential of the balanced scorecard for domestic enterprises, there are suggestions for the composition of the traditional components of the system in accordance with the tasks. It is proven that traditional methods of formation of innovative-investment policy, which are now more often used in industrial enterprises, do not meet the needs of the enterprise to respond swiftly to changes in external and internal innovation and investment processes in the industry. Proposed to improve the efficiency of formation of innovative-investment policy is proposed to use one of the most famous models of the complex providing of efficiency of industrial enterprises - balanced scorecard.
