Розвиток державно-приватного партнерства в регіональних кластерах

Abstract

В статті розглянуто актуальність і значення державно-приватного партнерства. Описані форми його формування й реалізації. Висвітлені проблеми розвитку змішаного партнерства. Представлені основні напрями взаємодії влади та бізнес-формувань на регіональному рівні. Віддзеркалені особливості й проблеми кластерного регіонального державно-приватного партнерства. Описано значення технологічних платформ в розвитку кластерів і регіонів. Приведено приклад функціонування інноваційного кластеру «Мехатроніка» та його можливі напрямки майбутнього розвитку.The article considers the relevance and importance of public-private partnership. Forms of its formation and realization are described. Problems of development of mixed partnership are covered. The main directions of interaction between the government and business formations at the regional level are presented. Features and problems of cluster regional public-private partnership are reflected. The importance of technological platforms in the development of clusters and regions is described. An example of the functioning of the innovation cluster "Mechatronics" and its possible directions for future development is given.
