Methodical instructions for the organization of independent work of students in the discipline "Project management in marketing"

Abstract

t the present stage of development of the market economy in developed countries, the use of project management has become the standard of professional business activity. The impact of project management is especially noticeable in connection with the development of information technology. Today, the "world of project management" unites national and international organizations – investment, industrial, consulting and engineering firms, authorities. Congresses and symposia are held, magazines, books, textbooks are published, software is created, etc. In the process of Ukraine's transition to market economic conditions, the relevance of the use of project management is growing, which requires the training of highly qualified specialists in this field. The purpose of the guidelines for the organization of independent work of students in the discipline "Project Management in Marketing" is to form the applicants' abilities to ensure: effective substantiation of project decisions and management activities based on the use of specific methods and tools that ensure the achievement of goals; comprehensive analysis of project indicators and identification of ways to optimize them; generalization of experience in project management with in order to determine the method and practical directions of their further implementation.
