Новий ринок електричної енергії України: складові та умови функціонування суб'єктів

Abstract

Проаналізовано проблеми організаційних перетворень в електроенергетичній сфері в сучасних умовах реформування енергоринку. Розкрито сутність структурних одиниць нового ринку електричної енергії, виділено їх функції та взаємозв'язки між ними, що дозволило обґрунтувати роль кожної підсистеми для аналізу стану й перспектив розвитку конкурентної моделі енергоринку, а також сфокусувати увагу на ключових питаннях, пов'язаних з удосконаленням процесу державного регулювання взаємовідносин суб'єктів ринку електричної енергії.The problems of organizational changes in the electric field in the modern conditions of reforming the electric energy market were analised. There were characterized the essence of the structural units of the new electric energy market and their functions and relationships between them were highlighted, which made it possible to justify the role of each subsystem to analyze the status and prospects of the development of the competitive model of energy market, and to focus on key issues related to the improvement of state regulation of relations between subjects of the market electric power.
