Анотація
У статті розглянуто ділову активність готельних господарств як показник їх стійкості та конкурентоздатності. Рівень ділової активності досить тісно пов’язаний не тільки з обсягом діяльності підприємства і формуванням прибутку, а й із його грошовими потоками, оскільки ділова активність проявляється у ступені платоспроможності та ліквідності підприємств, що вимагає дієвого управління рухом грошових коштів. Виходячи із цього, підприємство повинно позиціонувати на ринку свої послуги, вибравши правильну комбінацію її ціни та якості. Максимальне поєднання таких чинників, як відповідність вимогам та вподобанням клієнтів, використання сучасних технологій, якісне та оперативне банківське обслуговування, високий рівень менеджменту, маркетингу, наявність кваліфікованих кадрів, зручне місце розташування та імідж підприємства та його висока ділова репутація забезпечують високий рівень ділової активності підприємства.
The article deals with the business activity of hotel farms as an indicator of their sustainability and competitiveness. The question of business activity of an enterprise is an important question for every enterprise. Continuous control over financial condition and development facilitates effective management decisions. They should be based on the actual performance of the enterprise, especially those that characterize its business activity. Business activity is one of the main indicators of an objective, timely and comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic activity of an enterprise. It covers the most important areas of the enterprise, namely production, finance, marketing, so it gives an opportunity to evaluate the internal and external effectiveness of its organization. The level of business activity is closely related not only to the volume of activity of the enterprise and formation of profit, but also to its cash flows. Business activity is manifested in the degree of solvency and liquidity of enterprises. This requires effective cash flow management. On this basis, the company should position its service in the market by choosing the right combination of its price and quality. Developing an independent pricing strategy and tactics for managing the price of a hotel product is a constantly reproducible process. The pricing policy must be constantly reviewed and adjusted to the current market situation. That is, it should be constantly monitored on the basis of actual results and, if necessary, adjusted. This implies a flexible price change in line with the changing market situation, as well as making decisions on price modification. The price should be set in such a way that, on the one hand, it satisfies the needs of the buyers and, on the other, it fulfills all the objectives of the enterprise in a certain market and provides it with sufficient revenue. The maximum combination of such factors as compliance with requirements and preferences of clients, use of modern technologies, high-quality and prompt banking service, high level of management, marketing, availability of qualified personnel, convenient location and image of the enterprise and its high business reputation ensures a high level of business activity of the enterprise.
